Eggstreme Collaboration Game

Eggstreme Collaboration Game

From: $1,500.00

THE GOAL:

  • Encourage teams to engage in competition, negotiation, and strategic planning with an undercurrent of unity.
  • Provide an opportunity for corporate social responsibility through “compete for a cause” or food donations to local charities.

THE FUN!

  • Eggstreme Collaboration Game is an invigorating team-building exercise that challenges participants to compete, barter, and trade, all in the spirit of enhancing collaboration skills.
  • Through creative problem-solving and design tasks, teams work together to build structures, culminating in an Egg Launch project that tests their collective ability to innovate and execute under pressure.
  • The option to transform competition into charity donations adds a rewarding dimension, making the game a win-win for both teams and the community.

FACILITATION:

  • Our facilitators guide teams through warm-up activities that hone competitive and problem-solving skills, rewarding successful teams with the “eggs” necessary for the final challenge.
  • The Eggstreme Collaboration Game encourages teams to discover the importance of listening, cooperating, and performing in roles that contribute to a larger, shared objective, facilitated by leaders who exemplify collaboration and delegation.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • In the final Collaboration Challenge, teams must negotiate for resources, demonstrating the significance of inter-team communication and the delicate balance between competition and cooperation.
  • The game embodies the current workplace reality, pushing participants to navigate the “busyness of business” by prioritizing teamwork, time management, and inter-departmental sharing to drive productivity.

EXPERIENCE OUTCOMES:

  • Communication: Participants learn that effective collaboration begins with valuing each team member’s input and reaching a consensus through active listening (Team Talk).
  • Cooperation: Establishing clear roles and objectives empowers individuals to perform optimally and achieve productivity goals (Points by Objective).
  • Competition: While striving for excellence is encouraged, the game teaches that overly focusing on self-interest can overshadow the benefits of assisting and uplifting others (Ask and give HELP).
