The Retreat Program is designed to offer 1-3 day custom retreats that combine team building, fun, volunteering, and workshops, aligned with your meeting goals. Available in various locations like Sedona, Prescott, and Downtown Scottsdale, these retreats focus on restoring trust, renewing relationships, and reflecting on business strategies. The program emphasizes fellowship, unity, and meeting individual needs, fostering collaboration and a sense of togetherness. It includes tailored presentations, facilitation training, recreational activities, and sessions on topics like ‘Fun at Work’, ‘Life Leisure Balance’, ‘Team Talk Training’, and ‘Creative Problem Solving Solutions’. Participants are engaged in interactive experiences that enhance their leadership and problem-solving skills, ultimately receiving a certificate in facilitation leadership. The program is flexible, offering various add-on activities to suit the specific needs of the group.

Fun At Work Restore, Renew, and Refresh your Team Players

What does having fun at work mean? Is it playing ping pong, video games, or having pizza and parties? We believe Fun is only as good as the desire for people to participate in meetings and solve problems together. Read our book on Fun At Work and discover the processes for Team Talk and Team Workouts, while discovering Fun Away from Work solutions. Our training combines the book and facilitated sessions for you and your team to learn and use for future meetings.

Fun Away from Work “Life Leisure Balance”

Our favorite session “AKA” get a life and have more fun! A true solution for your participants as they examine their obligated time both at work and home. Once they discover where they spend their time we focus on finding free time for their fun interests. Once completed they will set a game plan to integrate their interests for more fun away from work. We have discovered that people who invest in their interests, seem to be the ones who come to work happy, and by the way, leave happy.

Team Talk Training-#1 Solution for engaging your team

Through our book or a live online session, we will teach your volunteer team, work team, or those called to work together with the art of shared chats or conversation.  The team talk process guarantees the goal of 100% engagement for all participants through input and idea-sharing.    This session will provide you with a solution to balance talkers & thinkers into your team talks and discussions. Discover how to engage 100% of your group and reach a consensus through a unique process.

Why Volunteer-Serving Personally or Professionally

I want to volunteer or serve, but I don’t seem to have the time!  Most people don’t connect with the true purpose of volunteering or serving and this session will facilitate participants to discover the value of time spent serving.  Not just for others, but for their well-being. Pair this with Work-Life Balance for a truly engaging workshop.

Creative Problem Solving Solutions

 Solving problems as a team requires a process.  This session provides a 5 step approach to solving problems and also an interactive activity for your group.  The Three P’s of Problem Solving: People precede performance and productivity. This isn’t a tongue twister but an important rule for you to live by. Engaging people in the workout by utilizing the process of team talk for planning and follow-up processing is your main objective.

Leading through Guiding-Engaging your Team

Learn the art of getting people to go where you want to lead them, but they are part of the journey through a proven process. This session is a follow-up to Fun At Work and Team Talk along with Team Workouts and problem-solving. This indoor, outdoor, or online experience will combine a series of activities with discussions on how to lead a team by guiding instead of telling or having all the answers.

All participants receive a certificate as a facilitation leader!
