The “Eggstreme Team Eggercise” is a dynamic team-building activity that emphasizes the importance of collaboration, especially among managers, directors, and departments. It combines competition, negotiation, and planning, offering an optional charity element where teams can contribute to the community through cash donations or building structures with food cans for local food banks. The program underlines unity and the necessity of balancing individual goals with team objectives. Participants engage in warm-up activities to foster a competitive and problem-solving mindset, earning eggs based on performance. The final challenge requires teams to collaborate and negotiate for supplies, highlighting the need for effective communication, cooperation, and balancing competition with altruism. The experience aims to shift attitudes towards teamwork and inter-departmental sharing to enhance overall productivity.
THE GOAL:

- Our facilitators guide teams through warm-up activities that hone competitive and problem-solving skills, rewarding successful teams with the “eggs” necessary for the final challenge.

THE CHALLENGE:
- In the final Collaboration Challenge, teams must negotiate for resources, demonstrating the significance of inter-team communication and the delicate balance between competition and cooperation.
- The game embodies the current workplace reality, pushing participants to navigate the “busyness of business” by prioritizing teamwork, time management, and inter-departmental sharing to drive productivity.
EXPERIENCE OUTCOMES:
