THE FUN!

• The Bike Build Challenge is a heartwarming team-building event designed for groups to assemble bicycles for children in need. It’s an enjoyable and fulfilling way to bring colleagues together for a common charitable cause, fostering teamwork and compassion.
• Participants will work in teams, with each group completing a bicycle, accompanied by a “ride safely” card with their personal messages of encouragement and care.

FACILITATION:

• We oversee the entire bike assembly process, providing tools, instructions, and support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Our facilitators will inject energy and guidance throughout the event, accompanied by music to keep the atmosphere lively and engaging.
• The challenge is structured to promote collaboration and communication within teams, with a touch of friendly competition to spice up the bike-building race.

THE CHALLENGE:

• A team-based competition where the goal is to successfully assemble, test, and decorate bicycles within a set timeframe, adding a sense of urgency and excitement to the philanthropic activity.
