Where We Build Team Players
As childhood friends that grew up playing together, we know the positive impact that sports have on the impressionable minds of children. Our love and respect for all games landed us jobs in the youth sports industry, where we now have a combined 20 years of experience. Our exposure in this industry has allowed us to also start team building for corporations, where we utilize knowledge of physical activity and team sports into constructive, fun, and collaborative adventures for your staff. Kids are not the only ones that can learn and grow through athletics!

Our Team
This is the excellent All Around team. They have worked together for many years and are able to combine their knowledge and experiences to make each and every event special, no matter the age. The focus of All Around Athletics is to bring people of all ages together to have fun and to help them work more effectively. This team will provide you with an All Around experience.
Chris Stark
-Co-Founder-
Chris has been around sports his entire life, playing in several school and club teams while growing up in Arizona. Chris also graduated from Arizona State University with a Sports Management degree and has been formally in the industry since 2011. He has been a director of youth sports camps, a coach for high school teams, and a manager of team building programs
Jake Hillard
-Co-Founder-
All through Jake’s life, he has played a variety of sports from baseball to fencing, and began working in the youth sports industry in 2011 with his longtime friend, Chris. He believes in playing sports for the enjoyment and camaraderie of it above all else, and believes that kids can learn the important fundamentals of life through learning the fundamentals of a game. Jake has worked at a sports facility for five years and has led many youth teams as well as corporate events during that time.
Todd And Marsha Davis
-Team Play Advisor-
Todd and Marsha are the Fun Coach facilitators. They are entrepreneurs who have provided team-building experiences to company and volunteer teams for nearly 30 years. Their business brands include Park and Recreate, Team Play, Urban Fun AZ & VolunTEAMism as they design and deliver diverse activities and workshops to meet a variety of client needs. Todd and Marsha Davis are the pioneers of corporate games and team competitions. Their program design encourages participation for all abilities, ages, personalities, and interests to enjoy each and every experience. Our vision is to help your team engage better both at and away from work.
